Very pretty. Where's the pattern from?
It's just a feather-fan repeat of 18sts times 3. If you want the details, let me know.
Hi there Melissa, trying to see if leaving a comment works for me this time...if so I'd be happy to comment...
Commment away, my dear Marcia!
Ok, so I signed up, let's see what happens...
Aaaah, know maybe I get it, you just needed to say it was OK for me to comment and now I can comment away, ok
hmmmm....ok, I'm getting it, you would think my IT days would serve me better, first I preview the comment, then I publish?
I happened to come across your blog when looking for fan and feather instructions, which I have found. I started a bedspread a number of years ago, never finished it, lost the pattern. It resembles the fan and feather, but there are no ridges ( I think that't's what they'd be called) on what I call the feather. I noticed on the scarf that you were making, that it is like all the patterns that I have come across and the wavy "ridge" line goes all the way across. On my bedspread, in the area that I call the feather it does not have a ridge, but just on the fan part. Have you any idea what that pattern is? I could send you a picture, if that would help. I enjoyed looking at all you projects. Neat blog. My email address is email@example.com - Thanks for your help.I'm from Minnesota and brrr - it's been cold these past few days.
