Euology
Betty brought her children
into this world under a
blanket of love
She leaves us now under a blanket of our love.
She was one of the few of us
who actually tranformed her life into
the one she wanted
and all the while,
she transformed those around her.
During her long illness,
she was transformed yet again
Her heart opened wider
Her faith grew deeper
Her spirit more free
Betty gave us the pleasure of
being able
to accept our care and our love
more easily.
It was the perfect gift from a
perfect wife, mother, sister and grandmother.
This morning, let our hearts rise
in thanks for her life
For 82 years, Betty's faith in God
held her tightly as God holds
her in heaven now.
